Residential Pick-Up Schedules

Trash and recycling are collected on designated days for your area. Refer to your collection calendar for the exact schedule and ensure your carts are ready for pickup.

*During holiday weeks, if your collection day is on or after the holiday, service will be delayed by one day.
A Better Approach to Residential Service
Up-the-Drive Service
A convenient valet-style option where our drivers retrieve and return your carts directly from your driveway. Contact us for availability and details.
Boots-on-the-Ground Service
Many of our drivers handle carts by hand, helping prevent damage, reduce spills, and ensure a cleaner pickup experience. Our drivers who use Automated trucks are required to get out of the truck to clean up spills and leave carts on the curb, in the upright position, and with lids closed.
Alley Pickup Available
We continue to offer alley pickup in areas where other providers no longer provide, giving you added flexibility and convenience.
Split-Body Trucks
Trash and recycling are collected separately in the same truck, keeping materials properly sorted while maintaining efficient service.
